My name is Rob and I have been surrounded by the culinary world since I was 14.  I have always enjoyed creating new dishes for the perfect occasion. Cooking food has become an art for me, expressing who I am through food. 

I specialize in creating dishes that are both delicious and visually stunning. I believe that presentation is just as important as taste, and I take great care in crafting each plate to be a work of art.
